Originally from Scotland, I moved to Kraków with my family in 2022. I work with students of all ages and abilities. Whether you're preparing for an exam, improving professionally, or simply pursuing a passion — there is a Let's Talk session designed for you. All tuition is personal, focused, and delivered in English, making each session a dual opportunity: master your subject and sharpen your language skills simultaneously.

My childhood was shaped by two early obsessions — Mathematics and Football — I represented my school at regional and national level in both before swapping the classroom for the pitch, signing professionally with Dundee F.C.

When the boots came off, the books came back out. I studied Accountancy and Finance at Dundee University, qualified as a Chartered Accountant, and spent several years helping owner-managed businesses across the UK find their footing and fulfil their potential.

The urge to teach proved stronger than the urge to audit. A TEFL qualification followed, and in 2022 I relocated to Poland — where I've since delivered private English tuition to children and adults. My passion for Mathematics continues - I'm currently a 2nd year BSc Mathematics & Statistics student with the Open University. I also learned teaching strategies during a Professional Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) with the University of Edinburgh.

Away from the desk, I'm happiest when I'm learning something new or pushing my limits. Recent exploits include snorkelling in the Adriatic, mastering the Soroban abacus, and chasing personal bests on the Las Wolski Forest trails. I play chess, follow football, and keep one eye permanently on the latest developments in data science.

In short: if it challenges the mind or tests the body, I'm interested.
